As Wife, Mother, CEO and Managing Director of Ndust companies: Ndust Shoe Repairs (NSR) and Ndust General Trading (NGT) based in Dubai, Kimberly made a decision to follow her passion for entrepreneurship with a quest to make a difference in this world. She has 20 plus years as senior level technology manager leading consulting, strategy, training programs and implementing multimillion-dollar technology projects for leading Healthcare and Airline industries.
Realizing there was a lack of professional luxury leather repair services in the market, in 2009, an idea was born out of the dust of Dubai. In 2010, Ndust Shoe Repairs (NSR) was launched. Its visionaries successfully took an 18th century business into a 21st century Dubai. For 7+ years, Ndust has successfully serviced the United Arab Emirates luxury leather goods repair market. Ndust is proudly known as Dubai’s luxury leather repair and customization specialist.
It’s sister company, Ndust General Trading LLC (NGT) is a master distributor for over 20 manufacturers of premium brand shoe components, equipment, leather goods, leather care, foot care, and host of other unique products from Europe, India, and the United States of America. NGT offers private label and bespoke leather goods and leather care products. Her organization provides employment to a multi-cultural professional team, provides niche services and products for “All Things Leather”, and has delivered philanthropic programs through Ndust Educational Workshops (NEW), a community based educational program to Dubai schools.
As an Industry Expert Entrepreneur, Kimberly is a trusted global adviser to Shoe and Leather Repair shop owners and a business collaborator to Alliance Partners. She annually delivers shoe repair & wholesale business development seminars at the Shoe Services Institute of America, (the oldest professional organization in the U.S.A.), conducts Pop Up Workshops, and gives voice at global venues.
Kimberly has a B.A. degree, holds a host of technology certificates, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP ®), member of Project Management Institute, and member of the Shoe Services Institute of America.
For many years, God has given Kimberly a vision, mission, and passion to empower women in business throughout the Diaspora. She is here to champion, inspire, encourage, and provide tangible tools to her aspiring sister entrepreneurs throughout the world to follow their passion.
